Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or installed.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, etc.).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
